APRIL FOOLS-DON'T BE A FOOL WHILE PURCHASING A HOME

May 1, 2017, 12:22 PM

'April Fools' - not sure where that originated, but I DO know that you want to stand clear of being the fool when purchasing a home. Not many people realize that Virginia is one of the few states that still follows the old English law of caveat emptor, which means LET THE BUYER BEWARE. Though you are not allowed to be dishonest or to cover up issues when asked by a purchaser, when selling a home in Virginia, it is not generally required to voluntarily disclose information. There are a few items that this does not apply to. This is one important reason to use me as your agent! I can help protect you as a buyer, and as a seller I can keep you within the law. Call me for all your real estate needs. For more info:
